Section 1 in The Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1969
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1969.(2)It extends to the Vidarbha region of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th day of March 1969.
