(2)Any person contravening the provisions of sub-section (1) and any animal or article exposed for sale by such person may, by or under the order of the Chief Municipal Officer, be summarily removed from the market by a police-officer or any officer or other employee of the Municipality authorised by the Chief Municipal Officer in this behalf.
