Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 states that notices under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short the SARFAESI Act, 2002) have been withdrawn. However, fresh action under Section 13(2) will be intitiated in accordance with law.
2. In view of the above, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
