Section 22 in The Rehabilitation Finance Administration Act, 1948
22. Delegation.-
The Administration may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power or duty which under any of the provisions of this Act is conferred or imposed upon the Adminis-tration shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercised or discharged by the Chief Administrator, Deputy Chief Administrator or any other person subordinate to the Administration.
