OFFICE DATE ORDER No NOTE 05.11.2025 DEV,J & AHHS,J The learned Advocate General submits that in compliance of the directions 20 (f) and (g) of the order dated 24.06.2022 they are ready to produce the answer sheets before the Court.
Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate General, the following directions are issued to receive the answer sheets from the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (for short A.P.P.S.C) and to preserve the same in the safe custody of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court.
1) The concerned officers of the A.P.P.S.C shall hand over the answer scripts to the Registrar (Judicial) after conducting inventory in the presence of the officers deputed by the A.P.P.S.C and in the presence of the Registrar(Judicial) of this 2 Court under proper acknowledgment.
2) The A.P.P.S.C shall handover the disks containing the scanned copy of the answer sheets of the candidates which were sent to the evaluators for digital evaluation before the Court along with answer scripts referred in direction No.1.
3) The Registrar(Judicial) shall cause verification of the contents of the hard disk at random, so as to availability of scanned answer scripts in disks.
4) After receipt of the same, Registrar(Judicial) shall keep the same in a safe custody under seal and lock and duly guarded 24/7 and under the surveillance of the C.C cameras till the necessary orders are to be passed by this Court.
