Section 0(9) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) Regulations, 2010
9.0Open Access for Cogeneration and Renewable Sources of Energy:- Any person generating electricity from cogeneration or renewable sources shall have open access, subject to availability of adequate transmission facility to any transmission licensee's system within the State on payment of various charges as specified.
