Section 14 in The West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1979
14. [ Committee or Committees of Local Library Authority. - A Local Library Authority may appoint a committee or committees consisting of such of its members as it may deem fit to assist the Local Library Authority in carrying out the purposes of this Act.] [[Section 14 substituted by W.B. '14. Executive Committee. - A Local Library Authority may appoint an executive committee consisting of such number of its members as it may deem fit and delegate to such committee such of its powers or duties under this Act as may be prescribed.'.]]
