I am of the opinion that another attempt to be made to effect service on defendant Nos. 3, 4, 12, 13, 15 to 20 by sending copies of the plaint together with the writ of summons by the courier "First Flight" to these defendants. The articles should be despatched by 21st November, 2014. Additionally, substituted service may be effected by publishing the substance of the suit including the cause title in the shortest form possible as settled by the Registry of this Court by 21st November, 2014 in the "Indian Express" New Delhi and Mumbai editions and "The Hindu" Chennai and Hyderabad editions. The publications may be made only once, by 8th December, 2014. The 2 office will file a report regarding service by courier by 22nd December, 2014.
Thereafter, the plaintiffs may proceed accordingly. Order in terms of prayer (b) of the petition. This application is accordingly disposed of. Certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
