22. Annual Accounts of Licensee.
- Every licensee shall, unless expressly exempted by the Commission, prepare and render to the Commission, before the date to be specified by the Commission, an annual statement or statements of accounts of its undertaking and of each separate business unit made up to such date, in such form and containing such particulars and audited or verified, as may be directed by the Commission and such statements or extracts thereof shall be published in the manner specified by the Commission.
