(4)Before making any modification to the Plan. The Authority, Municipal Corporation, Jodhpur or any other body or Committee shall publish a notice, in such form and manner as may be determined by regulation inviting objection before such date as may be specified in the notice and shall consider all objections and suggestions that may be received by the Authority, Municipal Corporation, Jodhpur or any other body or Committee.
