Section 86(1) in M.P. Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(1)The fee payable on the memorandum of an appeal filed before the Settlement Commissioner under Section 15 shall be the same as would be payable on a plaint filed for the recovery of the amount by which compensation is sought to be increased.
