Section 10(4) in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
(4)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to ensure the faithful observance of the provisions of this Act and Regulations and he shall, without prejudice to the powers of the Chancellor, possess all such powers as may be necessary in that behalf.
