(2)The Chairman of the Board, subject to any rules made under this Act, shall have the power to transfer, suspend, remove or dismiss any officer or servant of the Board for breach of discipline, carelessness, unfitness and neglect of duty or misconduct or for any other sufficient cause:Provided that where the officer or the servant is a Government servant, he may be reverted to his parent cadre or department in the Government.
