1. The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:
"a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Corporate HRM Circular No. 40/2020 (No. A. 60011/19/2020/HRPC/180 dated 04.06.2020 issued by the Respondent No.1 and further b. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to direct the Respondents to grant pay protection and refix the basic pay & D.A of the Petitioners in accordance with DPE guidelines and R&P Guidelines, 2006 and circulars Any order/s which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. c. Any other relief/s which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that vide circular dated 18th October, 2023, the old circular has been superseded, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant matter and it is prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of accordingly.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent appearing before this Court placed the aforesaid circular and the same has been taken on record. He has not contradicted the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. In view of the above submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the instant petition stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition.
5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
