Section 82(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(5)Misconduct towards a member of the ForceNo member of the Force shall(i)conduct himself towards another member of the Force in oppressive or abusive manner; unbecoming of a public servant;(ii)assault or misbehave with such member.
