Section 19(3) in Haryana (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Rules, 1978
(3)The Board may pay the Consulting Engineer suitable emoluments or fees depending on the nature of work and the qualification and experience of the incumbent :Provided that the Board shall not appoint any person as consulting Engineer without the prior approval of the Government if the emoluments or fees payable to him exceed rupees two thousand per month.
