Section 16(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)The accounts of the receipts and expenditure incurred by the Committee shall be maintained in accordance with the procedure laid down in relevant rules of the Bombay Financial Rules, 1959 and the Maharashtra Treasury Rules, 1968 as amended from time to time.
