Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on I.A. No. 4718 of 2010.

Issue notice in substitution matter to the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 sought to be substituted to show cause as to why they be not substituted after setting aside abatement and condoning the delay.

The appellant shall take steps for show cause notice under registered cover with AD within two weeks.
