Section 29(2) in Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978
(2)The Accounts of Agency shall be audited in such manner, as may, in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India or his representative, the Accountant General, Bihar be prescribed.
