(7)Every notice under sub-section (1), or order under sub-section (1A), sub-section (2), sub-section (3) or sub-section (4), to which objection is made under sub-section (6), shall be complied with, pending the receipt at the mine of the decision of the Committee:Provided that the Committee may, on the application of the owner, agent or manager, suspend the operation of a notice under sub-section (1), pending its decision on the objection.
