Section 4(2)(a) in The Bihar Digambar Jain Religious Trusts Rules, 1955

(a)The electoral roll in respect of the election of the members under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 8 shall be prepared in Hindi in Devanagri script by the President on the basis of the Register of trusts maintained under Section 34.
