Section 14(a) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(a)Study leave for the purpose of study may be taken either in India or outside India. It may be combined with such other leave as the employee is entitled to. In no case should the grant of this leave, in combination with leave other than extraordinary leave, involve an absence of other twenty four months from the employee's regular duties, or exceed two years in the whole period of the employee's service.
