264. Power of Corporation to provide special conveyance for patient or dead body.
(1)The Corporation may provide and maintain suitable conveyances for the free carriage of persons suffering from any dangerous disease or of the dead bodies of persons who have died of any such diseases.(2)When such conveyances have been provided, it shall not be lawful, without the sanction of the Medical Officer of Health, to carry any such person or dead body in, or for such person to cause himself to be carried in, any other public conveyance.
