1. When the matter came up on 20.08.2025, this Court while issuing notice to the respondent(s) including the newly added 2 respondent, granted interim protection to the petitioner. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client intends to withdraw this Special Leave Petition to seek regular bail from the Court below.
2. His prayer is that the interim order which has operated from the last 9 months may be allowed to continue for further three weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interim order may be extended by three weeks so as to enable the petitioner to move before the Trial Court for regular bail.
3. The interim order granted by this Court shall continue to operate for three weeks from today.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.08.2025, he has executed the bail bonds before the concerned Investigating/Arresting Officer.
5. The same shall treated as interim bail to the petitioner for a further period of three weeks from today.
6. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
