Section 143(2) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(2)No criminal proceedings whatsoever shall be instituted or continued against the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] in any court during his term of office.
