Section 10(1) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Affiliation of Pharmacy Colleges) Statutes

(1)It shall obtain a clearance from the Pharmacy Council of India and also the Government of Tamil Nadu, if applicable and submit a copy of the same to the Dr. M.G.R. Medical University while making the application for provisional affiliation in Form III.
