Section 53(3) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(3)For a period of two months after a decision of the Committee, no notice of change under section 42, or special intimation or application under section 52 shall be given or made-(a)where the union acts under sub-section (1), by the employees concerned or the union, contrary to the decision of the authorised proportion accepting a proposal in respect of which it is authorised; and(b)where the employer acts under sub-section (2), by the employer, contrary to the decision of the authorised proposition of his representatives.
