Section 125(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)As soon as may be after the grants have been made by the Assembly under Rule 124 there shall be introduced an Appropriation Bill as required under Article 204 of the Constitution.
