(2)There shall be paid out of the Endowment Fund and the State Government shall have power to direct the payment of, at such time as they may deem fit, such cost as the State Government may from time to time incur from out of the Consolidated Fund on account of pay, pension, leave and other allowances of the Commissioner, the [Deputy Commissioner] [Inserted vide O.A. No. 29 of 1978-w.e.f. 7-6-1978.] Assistant Commissioners, other subordinate officers and staff appointed under this Act.]
