Section 1 in The Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.
