Section 76(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)The Mining Officer shall maintain a register in his office in Form-`U' wherein he shall made necessary entries about the application immediately after its receipt and its disposal in due course.
