                                 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Application seeking exemption from filing C/C of the impugned judgment is allowed.

Issue notice, returnable on 2.1.2024. Petitioner is also permitted to serve the Standing Counsel for the C.B.I. and the State of Tamil Nadu.

Further proceedings in Special Case No. 42 of 2021 pending on the file of the Special Court for the Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
