Section 1 in Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952
1. [Short title, extent and commencement. [Substituted by Act No. 22 of 1952.]
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952.(2)[It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan],(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Came into force on 15-6-1952 vide R.G. Gazette dated 21-6-1952.] as the State Government may by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 27 of 1957.] appoint.]
