Section 9(1) in State Bank of India General Regulations, 1955
(1)[The register] [Substituted 'The principal register or any branch register' by Resn. C.B.S.B.I. , dated 29-11-1994.] shall, except when closed under the provisions of these regulations, be open to the inspection of any shareholder, free of charge, at the places where they are maintained during business hours, subject to such reasonable restrictions as the State Bank may impose, but so that not less than two hours in each working day shall be allowed for inspection.
