Section 38(7)(b) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002

(b)transferred to some other institution established, certified or recognised under Sections 8, 9, 34, 37 or 44 of the Act, in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules relating to their discharge and transfer by giving intimation of such discharge or transfer to the Board or the Committee, as the case may be.
