10. Temporary absence of Members.
- If any member or an Associate Member of the Board, other than the Chairman, is by infirmity or otherwise rendered temporarily incapable of carrying out his duties or is absent on leave or otherwise, not involving the vacation of his office, the Government may appoint or the Board may associate, as the case may be, another person to officiate for him and carry out his functions under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
