Section 46(2) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(2)Every newly admitted juvenile or child shall be allotted a case worker from amongst the probation officers or child welfare officers or social workers or counselors attached to the institutions or voluntary social workers.
