Section 3(4) in Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2015
(4)The repeal by this Act of any law shall not revive or restore any jurisdiction, office, custom, liability, right, title, privilege, restriction, exemption, usage, practice, procedure or other matter or thing not existing or in force on the date on which this Act comes into force.
