16. State Awards.
- The Executive Board shall finalise the State Awards for voluntary Socio-cultural organisations and individuals youth engaged in socio-cultural welfare and State Youth Awards for individual excellence in (a) Odissi Dance, (b) Odissi Music, (c) Visual Arts (d) Poetry and (e) Fiction/ Creative Essay.
