(7)"Chhattisgarh State Power System Operation Company (CSPSOC)" means a company engaged in the operation of the SLDC in accordance with sub-section (2) Section 31 of the Act:Provided that until the Government company or any authority or corporation is notified by the State Government, the State Transmission Utility i.e. Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Co. Ltd. (CSPTCL) shall operate the SLDC;
