(1)Notwithstanding whether the private security agency mandates its private security guards to put on uniform while on duty, or not, every private security agency will issue and make it obligatory for its security guards to put on;(a)An arm badge distinguishing the private security agency,(b)A shoulder or chest badge to indicate his position in the organization,(c)A whistle attached to the whistle cord and to be kept in the left pocket,(d)A headgear which may also carry the distinguish mark of the private security agency.
