(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of, namely: -(a)the Vice-Chancellor -Chairman;(b)the Finance Officer -Secretary;(c)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government of the Higher Education Department;(d)such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes.
