Section 67(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(1)The Chairperson and Members shall hold office for a term of five years from the date they enter upon their office :Provided that the Chairperson and Members shall not be eligible for re-appointment in the Commission :Provided further that no Chairperson or Member shall hold office as such after he has attained the age of sixty-five years.
