Section 72(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)The governing body of any affiliated college and of a recognised institution shall make adequate provisions for the benefit of the members of the teaching and of other academic and nonteaching staff of such college or institution in matters of insurance, pension and provident fund or for other benefits.
