Section 7 in The Himachal Pradesh National Law University Act, 2016
7. Visitor of the University.
(1)The Chief Justice of India or his nominee, who shall be senior Judge of the Supreme Court, shall be the Visitor of the University.(2)The Visitor, when present, shall preside over the convocations of the University and the meetings of the Governing Council.
