(i)A student, coming from a college in another State and wishing to join a Government Professional College in Bihar, must produce, besides his transfer certificate or University certificate, duly offered in lieu thereof; a statement showing to satisfaction of the Principal the reasons for migration to Bihar. This rule will not apply to the sons or wards of Government servants transferred to Bihar from another State.
