80. Transferor withdrawal of cases.
- Subject to the provision of section 78, the Registrar, Additional Registrar or Joint Registrar may make over any case or class of cases arising under the provisions of this Act, for decision before him to any officer subordinate to him competent to decide such case or, class of cases or may withdraw any case or class of cases for decisions before any such officer and may proceed to deal with such case or class of cases himself or refer the same to any other officer subordinate to him and competent to decide such case or class of cases.
