Section 154 in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
154. Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice.
- Any person who without authority in that behalf removes, destroys, defaces or otherwise obliterates any notice exhibited or any sign or mark erected by, or under the order of a Panchayat or any of its officers shall on conviction be punished with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
