Section 5(3) in The Orissa Estates Abolition Rules, 1952
(3)In determining the rent payable by an Intermediary in respect of lands left in his possession under Section 7, the Collector shall have regard to the average rate of rent payable by occupancy raiyats for lands of a similar description and with similar advantages in the vicinity.
