Section 19B(1)(a) in Telangana Borstal Schools Act, 1925

(a)Every Visiting Committee appointed under sub-section (2) of section 3 shall consist of the Sessions Judge, [the District Collector] [Substituted for the words 'the District Magistrate' by Act XXIII of 1958.], the District Educational Officer of the district in which the school is situated and four non-official members appointed by the State Government.
